Hi recently i happen to acquire a Panasonic CM202DH. Anyone has operate it before? Any comments or advises for me if i would need it to run HMLV with about 1 changeover per day. Is it able to mount 0201 inch components? thanks in advance

handling CM202 all type and capable to mount 0201 component with using nozzle type 205...

Hi Melissa, We mount this component in the bottom side with adhesive epoxy and the solder is done on the wave solder machine. During the wave solder machine, we have the problem as like the picture.. no solder in one of the pads...

Ryan, in some cases we use 2 pastes with different melting temperature (LF SAC and PbSn)for complex boards with components on two sides. And we want to try to replace LF SAC with low melting paste.

SAC305 - it's just a metal composition of solder paste. All properties of solder paste depend on chemical composition of flux and other components - I don't know their names in English, sorry.
