What are the differences between the classes? Essentially we solder the components onto the board, test them, and ship them out so this is all a learning experience for me as the new QE on board.

It melts many plastics but not harmful to electronic components. to use it properly you need a vapor degreaser.

Something also to consider is, if you don't need to remove the mark, look in to a uniPOSCA paint markers (water based paint). For us we find the arrows take so much longer than the paint, just poping the cap and dotting the problem and moving on.

Third, if component placement is off, fix the machine (i.e. calibrate, check cleanliness of lenses and sensors, damaged nozzle) and not the CAD locations.

Fourth, if groups of components are off, but all others are on, check for either calibration (one head only) or a damaged nozzle (or similar items).

Hi Mike, I get the trouble again with head one. I realy can not understand why is that. It does not pick component again during I set pick level 3,2 or 1. Have you got any other way to solve it? Thanks,
