Hallo We are going to clean PCb after assembly (SMD and THT) due to conformal coating. It is small value production with elements on PCB like BGA, QFP. What you recommend or suggest to use : ultrasonic? , spray wash? or something like dish wash???.

Underfills could improve reliability. If you pick materials right, you could co-cure and underfill and coating.

Certainly there's boatloads of 14000 sites on the web. We believe we conform to 14001, but have never certified. Too expensive.

I'll third the motion for hand dipping the boards. One other idea is to get coating in a can. Many companies will supply coatings in aerosol cans for touch up and small usage.
