Hello, Havent done them on this machine for 15 years but the manual i have says to go to the teach menu....answer yes/no to local fids taught by autoprogram. If no....enter feeder number and place number then teach. Bob

Placement numbers are 4 digits long, the first digit is the head# followed by a 3 digit placement number. For example if you adding a local fiducial for placement #3 you need to enter 1003.

Craig, If it is LF Hasl it sounds like it applied too thin exposing the intermetallic layer wich is not solderable. We call out a minimum thickness of 80 microinches and have good results. We have had shops in the past that did not control the Hasl

1 um". Some PCB manufacturer is telling me that this specification is not feasible in production. I would know if this position is due to the equipment (or process control) they have, or if in effect is not possible to satisfy my requests.

Dear Graham, Thanks for the information. is there any way to control the humidity inside the oven..? At over 100 C. how the evaporated vapour from the component remove out from the oven..?
