Thank you dor your inputs! I was also thinking that once we verified the program to BOM and feeders, we shouldnt check to the BOM after palcement, but we should just AOI. Can you see any other weak points?

Try using Chip Quik to reduce the heat required for component removal. Along with your bottom pre-heater, use a temperature controlled hot air system to help heat up top side for component installation. http://www.pcb-repair.com/products.htm

You're not clear if you intend to reclaim and re-use the paste from the stencil or not. If not, then you should go to cartridges with an air gun or modify a caulking gun for dispensing paste from cartridges. The paste will last a long time.

I agree with Ka. I can't think of a solder paste supplier that doesn't tell you to let your paste come to room temperature before putting the paste on the stencil.
