Just wondering if anyone has any of the new/er Juki 2050, 2055, 2060 machines. They are saying they are very reliable and robust with the lowest cost of ownership? Any comments?

Caplugs Very low tech, and very low cost. you will have to do a bit of work to find a size that will work for you, but the savings are worth it.

Wow, never heard of this. Hope your board cost isn't too much. Most printers have a kneeding procedure that does this while it prints the board. No waste of any kind when you do this. Conditioning the stencil - must've been in a magazine artile.

I did som,e testing with Gridloc myself, I only had the set for 30(ish) days. I founf the time it saved on setup to be well worth the cost. My employer, however, did not agree with me. what can you do?

I'm going to attempt to resurrect this thread because a recent development has me interested too. Anyone experienced in this with respect to durability, cost, etc.?

We are using an inline aqueous washer with saponifier to clean smt assemblies with rosin based no-clean solder paste. Looking for a reliable, cost-effective way to monitor the cleanliness of the assemblies after cleaning. Any recommendations?

I would look at the SMT Tools BGA-100 scope this is by far the most cost effective tool for the money. We use it in conjunction with our Glenbrook X-ray and get great results. Gary

Look when it comes down to it. The Mini Micro Stencil Mini Mirror for $40.00 beats all and is the most cost effective inspection tool out there.
