What?? You haven't unpacked it yet? I unpacked mine (CSM7100V) the day it arrived. You need to make sure that all the parts are there and undamaged. Training has value. It is hard to justify that much money to get one of the Essemtec techs on-site.

Lately we purchease second hand CSM 84V. During placing parts, we notices that few components are damaged (mmelf, 0805). What we done: - the position of pcb was decreased - the jaws moved little bit outside. Components after that are still damaged. H

Hi Jon, Did you purchased the machine & solved your problem? I have a CSM66 with the same problem, but my door is only 850mm wide. The machines size is 1383x1378x1915. The machine can be more narrow(960mm) in one of it's size by removing the covers.
