The machine has a vacuum pump in it. This is what I expected also, but the machine does not have a Vac pump on it. The unit is sealed by Dage, the unit is a crystal type vacuum tube not a filament type. Regards. Darron

We have just recently purchased a Dage X Ray machine and in transportation the vacuum tube has lost its vacuum. Other than Dage, does anyone know of a company who is capable of re vacuuming the tube to the correct pressure? Any assistance would be

A few years ago we sent some samples to Dage for them to analyze on one of their 3D systems.

I agree that Dage makes some excellent 3D (CAT) systems, but in our experience a high-resolution 2D system with tilt capability is usually better-suited for inspection of solder joints. Glenn Robertson Process Sciences
