You might have something dragging down your power supply, I have had the color monitor do this when it approachs the end of its life span, I have also had the power supply itself go bad but the voltage is usually 0. Unplug the monitors and see what

UP AND RUNNING!!! Power supply is good but i found two loose wires in connector 12PL26 (DC to Y1). I think i may have another bad connection inside the Y1 enclosure. Monitor seems to be working OK. Thanks for your help, jsk

Robert, power on the machine and go straight into DOS. You can do this by pressing and holding the Shift key as the machine is booting up. Run MINT. Try re-seating the cards too before you do this. Have you checked the voltages on the card batteries.

Pull the hard drive out and use a USB to IDE adapter to copy the whole hard drive onto another computer. I do this with my reflow oven and screen printer. It works very well.

I'm during this rught now and windows will not recognize the hard drive as a hard drive. It recognizes a mass storage device and that's about it. No way to copy, move or do anything o anything on the drive. Have you got any suggestions as to why?

It should show up as a mass storage device. Not to insult you intelligence, but do you have the hard drive powered up? You need to power it up if you haven't done that.

Don't know if you managed to get this sorted; but at the very least need to backup your configuration (c:printerconfig.cfg) to FDD to avoid having to recalibrate entirely if it fails. If you're still having issues with Xcopying HDD feel free to conta
