Thanks Dave, great info! I will be looking into your recommendations. Our AmeriVacs unit is lacking in the robust design department as far as I'm concerned. I don't like the pliable rubber sealers. They deform too much. Jason Gregory

Thinking about it, if I was designing machines and based on my experience I would offer a high feeder count, high flexibility machine and low speed. In addition another machine with low feeder count, not flexible (8mm parts) and high speed.

Hi Steve, Why are you so concerned about QFP(0.4) or BGA? If your equipment can manage, what's the difference? If you are designer do it better and use the cheaper or smaller package(you decide). If not use machine with vision recognition and your pr
