You should look at Amtech Solders. They have excellent no-clean fluxes that are designed to be water washable if desired. We have been using them with great results for about 4 years now.

try to use stencil with "home plate" (arrow head) shapes of appertures for chips components. Any supplier of stencil can support you with this kind of design. janz

Oswaldo, Your reasoning is correct, but the strange part is that Russ didn’t have a problem for years using the same flux so you would assume his fluxer is designed for low solid fluxes.

I've got specialized tooling I'm building for SMT processing. It requires a 0.125" thick sheet of high temp. silicon rubber cut to shape. Does anyone know of someone who can cut silicon sheets to a specific pattern/design?
