AMTECH NWS-4200-4H3 is the best I have come across for a leaded process. As for lead-free I did some studies and we liked the Indium 3.1 and 5.1.

This is why I disqualified frameless stencils. All that I have seen do not seem to be tight enough. Introducing 1 more variable into screen printing did not seem like a good idea. Jerry

The process flow should be the same for all of these. I will admiot that I did not check each acronym you provided to see if any of these components require some sort of prep first before attachment.

I am not sure that the numbers I posted earlier were 100% correct. That is why I removed that part. If you are interested in exact pricing, call Mydata. I was just surprised that when you break a shaft, the entire head needs replaced.

Believe it Bob. The shaft is not an off the shelf standard part. It is custom. My next step is build my own shaft from scratch. If I figure it out I will sell Hydra repair kits for 9000.00 ea. = /

Could you not second source a shaft on an old junk machine from one of these companies that sell used equipment?? Probably a pain in the $@#$%^ though. Good luck...one way or the other it sounds to me like your going to get the shaft....haha... chow
