What is your highest Reflow Speed?

0.8m/min is a different story. I run my 10 zone reflow ovens with that speed all the time and never had a problem. For the short profile I mentioned the speed I used is even higher(about 1.25m/min). No issues with parts moving. Regards, Emil

OK/NG will cost you a licence update, but it is powerfull. You can used the area color algorithm, as an alternative Black and Green have different RGB value, so it will not be mixed. You will need to tune it for a few board, set the minimum and maxim

We currently have a CP4-3 that is having the nozzle change alarm on different holders. there was a part found in the machine and I do not know if it is part of the machine or not, see picture. Any advice on what this part is or how to resolve this is
