Have you tried the same setup with your leaded paste? Your lf paste might have different cold slump characteristics.

Who is your stencil vendor? I've used three different vendors for Pb-free green frame stencils and NONE of them charged extra.

Actually I didn't see anything saying this person was an engineer, but I digress.... In this case this person may very well be referring to the delta t across space rather than over time, as in different locations on a pcb that's being profiled.
