Very good suggestion. We have MPM Speedline printers. Typically we stick with the default after providing the board dimensions. Maybe there's some room there for improvement.

Greetings, I am looking into buying a wave solder machine for medium production of 100% through hole boards (~8.5"X12" dimension, not many layers, no high density part areas,

I have checked and rechecked all my dimensions on the capacitor which is a 402 size. The manual says that the center is incorrect. Need some help to figure out why it is throwing this part away seeing it passes a vision test. Any help would be gratef

I have been asked a very good question but have not been able to find a good answer. IPC for both PCB and PCBA refer to the X & Y dimensions to measure warp and twist but how would you determine the warp and twist for a round PCB or PCBA?

I've always been happy with ~25% or less combined voiding on QFN ground pads (depending on the pad dimensions).

Consider offsetting the dimensions for at least one fiducial when applying them to the top and bottom side of a board. This helps to pokayoke the design by preventing an operator from accidentally loading the magazine or printer with the "wrong side

Yes - every dimension that I measured on the gerbers checks out against datasheet. Presumably the parts match it as well....?

I require component engineering to spec in multi vendor parts as long as the following exists 1.Mechanical +/- 15% 2. Same orientation in pocket 3. Same pocket dimensions I have to beat the engineering a few times per year but I think they have the

Thanks I found it, the prn is a text file with data from all three files. To make it simple I can export everything from just the pr1, which includes board dimension, pressure etc .. How did you want the data converted? CSV?
