Spray Fluxer Waste

Electronics Forum | Sat Apr 06 09:37:13 EST 2002 | davef

Thanks. That is exactly what freaked me out. We run Impells and so are not excited about pushing the 'waste' out the 'stack'. I imagine we'd just cut the line and divert the stuff to a collection reservoir.

L type conveyor

Electronics Forum | Mon Oct 10 07:40:33 EDT 2005 | pjc

To make an "L" you use a 90 deg turn unit, a.k.a. "diverter" conveyor, then connect to a straight or linking conveyor. Go to this link to see turn unit: http://www.flexlink.com/wps/public/s/10000/c/29667

cool Music soothens one's emotions. It should be mild and not loud. No voice. Just music...Solos. We have used this successfully in our plant. Every hour we have a two minutes break to give rest to our operators who use microscopes for all the work.

Opinions about AOI Machines

Electronics Forum | Fri Feb 24 21:30:17 EST 2006 | sessioc

We just installed 2 YESTech 2050's for our 2 lines and I'm extremely happy with them. Our machines are setup inline post reflow w/ the capability of diverting good/bad boards utilizing Nutek's t-type turn unit. Of course, we all know that the objec

in-line testing

Electronics Forum | Fri Jul 08 13:43:20 EDT 2005 | pjc

I sell in-line ATE/ICT systems. They are designed to identify passed or failed boards coming off the tester(s). You can do so with a 90 deg. diverter and an extra magazine loader. The ICT machine knows which has passed and which has failed, so it com

Pasting ahead

One printer 2 smt lines = No problem, but then you will need 2 ovens. It is even sometimes a more valuable cost savings depending on what production you are into. At first the stencil printer with a divertion conveyor, then straight ahead into the 1

Commercial Postings

Electronics Forum | Tue Sep 11 21:12:08 EDT 2001 | davef

I am concerned that the increased number of commercial postings on SMTnet is degrading the technical content and diverting valid posters attention from the proper exchange of information to non-value added ranting and finger pointing. In determinin

Well...maybe. First you would have to determine what type of trays you have. Conductive, dissipative or non conductive(non static generating). Dissipative would be your best choice. In the charged body model, the sudden discharge through a conduct
