Hi Nicolas, we purchase our lamps from AOI Servicegroup in packs of 100. Their part number is AOI-ORBLAMPPACK(100 per pack)and sell for about $2 each. I wouldn't mind finding an alternate source myself.

Hi I am using an old Camalot 1818 to dispense squares of epoxy on a substrate. Does anyone know if it is possible to do an array of squares across the entire substrate rather than individually entering the coordinates of each square? Thanks!

The IP3 AND the MTU4 each have a proper. From the main menu "editor-proper" and type "new" it will then ask which machine. After that, you should be good to go.

I forgot to mention the new vcd and radials go for around $230,000 each with only 20 stations. You can buy nice used vcd8 and rad8's between $60,000-$75,000.

Insure your rinses are only 25 to 30-seconds each. Also there are options for cleaning solutions from Kyzen that are safer on AL and do not require dosing of any additional inhibitors.

You can have it either way. In each program you can select to have the side pressure active for the entire program. The factory setting is to have it release immediately after it pushes the pcb against the fixed rail.

Please refer the attached jpegs, The problem is noticed after reflow soldering followed by conventional through hole soldering. Flux used one is MIL Std. Brush cleaning in IPA is followed after each soldering step. regards, R.Saravanan

You will have to open each parts Shape Data, Click on the Shape Process tab, Click on the Process tab, towards the bottom of the page under Error change the Dump Position to Box. This should work. Good luck.
