V-Tek TM-50 is a great machine. We have had it about 5 years and never had a problem with it. Easy to setup and easy for the operators. Hope that helps...

An old quad 2C/4C with a workholder will probably fit all those numbers. 2Ft is pretty long though and that might be a little too long. Machine price range is about right. Programming is pretty easy. Good luck

I moved the fixed rail in by about 2 inches and it seems to have done the trick. Rail movement is easy, moving machine to keep all conveyors in line not so easy

We use gerber file for pick and place in smt machines, but in aoi we use cad files. Can you please suggest me how to convert gerber file into cad file by using cadEasy software of omron.

In the service has been for a year..The machine works three shifts 24h per day in year...Very fast and precise machine.. and the most important of all it is extremely easy to use and easy to make a new program.Recommendation from me.. Best regards
