So I am having a little trouble with my mydata MY19. its an older machine picked up used and its had its quirks. recently we tried to start adding electrical verification to our workflow, and had to disable it as we were getting intermittent bad pa

thanks! definitly not the answer I wanted to get, but it's good to hear it. Back when we sourced the machine a few years ago I was kinda against buying it as our production scale is so small it doesn't add a ton of value, BUT the electrical verific

1. Automated optical inspection(this is a machine that checks for you using camera and software algorithms for recognition) 2. Electrical test. For any PCB a test device can be made. A standard one will look like this: Put the board in the device. Go

I don't recall seeing a battery anywhere on the boards on the magazines. I'd give MyData a call, and ask them about it. They're pretty good on the phone. Might be the battery used for electrical verification . Good luck!

What pick and place machine are you using? We use Mydata's with a software package for easy loading and traceabillity (Mylabel). We also have electrical verification checks on the first 3 picks of any feeder to ensure they are the correct parts.

What exactly are you looking to verify? Following the manufactures recommended schedule for calibration should be enough. Another option is many AOIs have an option to run a bare board, when doing this it will invert what it's looking for, so every

I am putting together an internal oven calibration procedure. I am interested in how stringent your oven calibration process is. Really what I am putting out is a verification process and a calibration process for the event that verification should

If it were my money and I had your specifications to achive, I would go Mydata. One platform, chip shooter, optical centering, mechanical centering, electrical verification (that works)smart feeders that work, etc.... I have worked on several platfor

If you refer to having wrong resistor or capacitor value, the only way is to automatically measure the part value. Mycronic pick and Place machines do it on the fly, ASM machines have feeder where part is measured....other main brands probably have

Hi, We are having problem with yield loss due to electrical fail. Further investigation shows that the failure is due to solder bridging under BGA. Has been there any study or experience on how this could occur and what we can do to prevent it. Than
