Is your firmware version 1.95? In the pd section, do you have the field "auto offset" enabled? Just a couple of things to look at.

I would suggest comparing the profile your factory used and the one they are using. Run a profile on some of the 0402 parts. If the profile is not right, uneven heating will cause this to occur. It could also be the placement accuracy in combinati

Grace, You can get the information you need from IPC. Measuring board warpage is covered in theie 610B manual. It will let you know the what can be reworked and what cannot.
