This sounds like it could possibly be a case of Black Pad. We have had a few issuses with this in the past as well. Who the PWB vendor? I also recommend searching the archives and doing some solder samples with nonpopulated boards

the PCB vendor is Multek in germany he made some measures about P content in Ni layer. What is the normal level of Phosporous and what is the upper limit ? thanks Romain

Did you perform a cleanliness test on the boards? did it pass? if yes whats the issue? visual attributes like this will not effect form fit or function of the device. Finding this under 30X, wow, why 30X????

The nozzle shafts are different (and windmill/ head), cutter blades and assy. are different, that's all I can think of off the top of my head. Also slightly slower than a CP64. I believe the 65 and 65000 are the same.

Doesn't sound good does it? Consider using your field meter to determine the charge level generated in handling these connectors. Then you can determine the impact of the charge generated and the best handling approach.
