Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Kester made from Mexico. We are seeing alot of bridging lately in our product.

It is the EM907 that we are currently using. All of the jars we currently have are made in Mexico. When did production move back to the US?

We have a small 2mm square solid white box silkscreened on each board for badmark recognition. You may be able to do the reverse of putting something like "white out" in a specific area to act as a badmark.

James, can you describe to me the process you use to teach that mark as a good mark?

Thanks Wayne. We do the same thing except with blue stickers. I'll have to look at the threshold.

You could check with YesTech on their system. I know they used to have it all in one unit, but may have changed their platform

Good luck. Being most machines use the edge of the board to locate pads, you'll always be adjusting. Now when someone comes out with fiducial recognition, you'll have something. Not impossible, but will cost a little.

If you are looking for fiducial recognition the RPS automation sytems have a very useful vision sytem, however they are built by engineers for engineers.
