Thanks Dave I tried various sockts but all were failed.At SnPb profile,maximum- 230'c~240'c, the solder at sockets' pins not melted.Increasing to 250'C, the sockts were deformed.

Why doesn't your leaded paste melt until you get it to 250*C? Is that across the whole board or just at the locations with the sockets?

get a TX1 error. Part remains in shuttle after getting a feeder mispick. machiune needs to br resert and we have to manually remove part from shuttle any idea how to eliminate this?

We bake all of our boards at 220 degrees F for two hours. This bakes out all the moisture. Blow off the parts prior to placing in the oven.
