That was our first course of action, and we cannot get solder to adhere to the pins using an iron with solder roll, or by dipping them in a solder pot. We have added flux to the leads as well. At the moment our only success has been with the use of

For now the only way I have is by visual inspection, I 've seen PCBs with components just before WS and after WS they just disappear... I'm thinking the wave hit the components and throw them, is that possible? Regards

Do you have the issue on 0603? I have the problem only on 0603 (various PNumbers). 0805 and up seems ok.

Can anybody tell me what kind of anti-seize compound to use in a lead free solder pot? I have found copper, nickel, and silver anti-seize but I cannot decide which one to use. Thanks for the help.

I am with MYDATA, I have seen Samsung work not work with them directly, right now I have two SMT lines and we are ok, and they are very flexible to run with samsung is not that flexible.
