Most likely battery back up card, might be 1931, 1932,ect. It thinks there is a power failure

So I swapped the memory card out and it seems to be a bit better. It doesn't kill the 24v power quite as much anymore. Thanks for the tip. I will monitor this throughout the week.

Are you trying to bring up to life an old machine or the problem just started to appear? There might be several causes for this problem. As a quick fix, you can change in th settings logic polarity of that signal, so it will be OK when actually not.

Parameters->Miscellaneous I/O then select Inputs and scroll down to REAR_P2P_TOWER_DOWN, select appropriate input and change State field from 1 to 0, then press OK and save.

Check the fuses on the power distribution panel. All of them have indicating LED, so check is easy. Maybe 24V feeder supply is out...
