Concave Terminals Help. CP4 or GSM

Electronics Forum | Fri Nov 15 09:59:42 EST 2013 | zrunkle_api

When I used the 12 code I saw worse placement then with the 254 that I used in the past. So far my best and most consistent results came for the GSM with only looking at the outside edges of the part. Thanks again for everyone’s help.

From what I saw these are more oriented to SPI inspection companies. Saki looks interesting asd well as Koh Young. Why don't you consider other more popular brands?

Yeah saki is very good,is not a moving camera,is a scaner that scan the all board in few seconds. the programation is not the more easy, but the software and algorithm is very complete.

Just visually inspect the squeegee everyday. If there is some damage you will notice right away ....and yes you will start to get bad prints.

Conformal Coating Masking Fixture Vendors

Electronics Forum | Tue Nov 12 10:44:22 EST 2013 | aaronpavone

I have previously done a masking fixture through Pentagon, but was unsuccessful I think more due to the design of the board. Does anyone else have experience with other vendors that I could try out? I have seen InsulFAB and Ascentec as well. Thanks.
