Etch strain gauge in copper layer to measure deformations during press process [How to?]

I always made tests with gauges on top or bottom surface of the PCB, before, during and after the process that we wanted to check. But I never tried to do it on internal layers of PCB. Don't know if that is possible. Regards

Press the green button again and the machine will most likely run. We see these errors on occasion but they do not prevent you from running.

And it run! But the point is that it pick every component except from the 44mm feeder.

No, it is not. Well, here is the strange news: A guy from the service couldn't solve this ! I wonder maby this feeder i just simple not dedidacet for our machine type... or what else could it be ?

Have you try to change feeder place manually somewhere else? Maybe even rear side of the machine?

Its hard to tell, from this distance.Try and find yourself a good tech in your area. I sometimes find them fixing Mobile phones and TV sets. There would not be too many of us still fixing VME buss systems. Where are yu located? sarason

Agree with previous comment regarding possible head-in-pillow. Use 3D x-ray or CT-scan to verify.

whats the type of paset and the type of profile you're running. Doesn't look like enough heat to me on the first set of pics I see. Are you running ROHS BGAs on a lead profile?
