Ok the upper right search is now equal in power to the other one. Use either. I also found and fixed that annoying little bug that made the page duplicate itself when donig a search off the home page.

slowing-down the conveyor to allow the solder to heat these balls more. But that may not be the answer, because if the flux is exhausted, more heat will not help. Then if the flux is exhausted, the answer is to crank the belt. Two different answer

Low tech suggestion: turn monitors off manually after use. High tech suggestion: install a "presence" sensor, like those on some photocopier, that turns on the monitor when someone is near it, then a time delay for shutting it off.
