Thanks, Deni. I ended up doing all that you have mentioned + I copied/duplicated the existing databases. After importing programs and getting what I need from them, I d the altered databases and renamed the copies back to default.

Good choice for choosing FUJI machines. But if you had the budget, I prepare to recommend the NXT machine. NXT is fast, reliable and easy to use. You can contact your local support or visit the fuji website. rgds

I've seen a couple of lines of assembleon AX machines in the Micron plant in singapore and at amkor in the philippines. Lines were running smooth and very high yield according to production engineers. Might want to take a look at those machines.

Fuji used to offer a free utility to do this but since they are not supporting MCS30 anymore I do not know if they will still provide it. Jerry

Jerry, Thanks for the post. I contacted Fuji and they have advised that they no longer support MCS30 (surprise??). Any other avenues I might try? Dana

Hi 1. Does anyone know what the pros and cons are of ENIG vs Electroplating ? 2. Is there a likelyhood that in either of these processes the gold can flake off after a period of time ? Thanks in advance Milas

Hi, I just want to know how to measure the strength of a 0603 after it's cured, we are using Heraeus PD944 with a 30-7 mils stencil, glue depositions looks well, but I don't know how to measure it? Thanks

Yes, this is for a double sided board, (bottom) the issue is that the board has a lot af hand ion components before wave soldering, and some components are falling off within this process, even if I hit the 0603s with my finger It falls.
