I'm using 15E with tpsys software 3.1.2 and the machine is not using the hydra tools, hydra bank and tools are installed, package and components has the hydra tools, but is only using single mount.

Sounds like the Hydra is disabled in settings. One of the Micronic experts will have to tell you where that is.. My last Hydra was a MY12 many years ago.

cut time was very good (not a concern) Main advantage is flexibility and simpler fixturing than routing as there are no side forces. Charing was evident, but can be reduced with a few tweaks.

Are there standards that dictate how long a EEE component can be exposed outside of a nitrogen bag before oxidation occurs? Since Covid I am seeing more and more caps and resistors that seem to have oxidation and do not solder well....

You teach the corners of the component picked from the previous steps. Just select "PTF RR BTWN RAIL" slot 75 in "feeder teach" and it should move over to the belt.

Cool, I do exactly that, I teach the bottom left and top right corner as it says... though maybe I should try the other ways. It gives me a totally wrong value.
