John, You realize the DT-651 machine from Fuji will allow you to do CP and CPk data as well as calibrate your feeders. Something to think about.

Hardly a ringing endorsement by most standards. Why don't you call the equipment manufacturer provided user list that you called during the evaluation of the equipment prior to purchase. Never trust a dog with a dead chicken in its mouth.

Hi guys Have any of you guys came up with a feeder calibration process I am having alot of trouble with pickup errors and attrition due to feeders. I believe Fuju have a DT-5 but this costs a fortune I need help big time here

John, Fuji also has a cheaper feeder jig other than the DT-651 or DT-5. Contact Joel at Fuji America Corporation in the parts department for more information. The training department has one in their area for feeder maintenance training.

what is the main reasons that casuing solder ball during reflow? and how to remove them? (mostly arround the connector leads or between the 2 0402 chips). solder paste is RMA type. need advise. thanks
