Metal stamped tags that are glued on work. http://www.emedco.com can make em'. Even have your company logo on each one. No, I don't work for Emedco, so stop typing.

Only one way to do the impossible. Do this with "pink death" flux that has been around since soldering was invented (about 3000 years ago) but ask MoonMan at moonshine@provide.net and visit http://www.moonmanondarkside.com MoonMan

S62-325XM3 from Cobar - we used this for soldering all sorts of battery terminations to pcbs, & did a better job than every other paste we ever tried. The flux is so agressive it sits in the corner growling.

Also, consider doing an acceptance run at the equipment manufacturer's facility, before it comes to yours, to ensure it works to your requirements and to verify any performance claims made by the equipment mfr.

You should be baking above 100C/212F to ensure that you're driving moisture out of the board. Four hours at 225F is usually enough to dry out most multilayer PWBs.
