Hello! Which version of PPS do you have? I only know it with a software key. And you need a new one if you install it to a different computer.

Version 1.31 and it worked on the previous machine's owner computer without any dongle. I assumed being a DOS program copying the folder is enough. One thing can be I skipped a hidden file or it really needs an installation which is unavailable.

Hello! I am really sorry but then I can´t help you. The first Version of Gemline PPS I worked with was 6.1. The last one was 8.0 and now I work with AMS 2.0 Greetings

It was my mistake, I was talking about the off line VIOS, not Gemline. While on the machine a SPECIALIST code should be entered, on the computer this code is TRAINING - for whoever looks for it

I have put them thru the reflow just the switches and theres no problem even then I put them back on tape and reel and again to the reflow and test them again and they all pass

Remember as well, the Mirtec machines have laser technology being used to check for coplanarity/lifted lead issues. Having this capability will reduce false calls in most circumstances.
