I would switch to Teka PC104 solder bearing lead connectors. You can reflow them along with your SMT and eliminate hand soldering. I've had a lot of experience with them and they work great. http://www.tekais.com/pc104.asp Steve

Add that to boards with solid solder deposit (ssd) pads and you have a perfect assembly. Teka components work great mk

No the machine is not capacity constrained. We do not use IPC-9850. Rated CPH is taken from Equipment manufaturer. Fuji-CP643. Universal HSP4796 We have 3 manufaturing units at different location Difficult to standardize OEE calculation
