I don't believe it does, but don't quote me on that. Vacuum sealers can be had for pretty cheap.

Too much vacuum can be very bad. It can create isolated pockets where the desiccant can not do anything. It can poke holes in the bag at corners. It can even pull moisture into the bag if too strong.

I need to calibrate vision offset of MPM Accuflex printer. According to manual I need the calibration stencil with 49x49 holes. Does anybody know what is the approximately diameter of those holes and what is the distance between rows and columns?

Looks like a screen printed circuit using a platinum or palladium silver paste. This would account for the grainy appearance. I 've seen this on a white ceramic substrate but not on aluminum. Any components are attached using a silver conductive epox
