!!UPDATE!! We have found the issue, power supply #3 was bad. The PSU was not sending 24v to the emergency system which is normally a closed circuit. Being that the emergency system was not getting the 24v it assumed the e-stop had been depressed. T

I'd like to know what advantages are there to use silver emerge PCB's. Currently we are using HASL boards, and we are having problems especially using BGA connectors. Any help will be appreciated. Adam.

I receive this message everytime I turn on my machine " Release Emergency Stop Button." I checke all every loction and stop button. Cant find out the problem. Does any one have a solution to this?

Did you release the emergency key and then press stop and reset twice on the machine?

I don't know if it's the same in the XII series, but in the X series the emergency signal also passes through the electronics board on the head, cards in the computer, etc. - through ALL elements of the machine.
