When the clutch engages the nozzle correctly does it clear the engagement sensor at the end of the brake arm? I don't remember the actual name of this sensor but it clears when the drive gear properly engages the nozzle. This ensures a zero setting

I think there is a utility in the service program to check which safety is engaged (or not engaged)

Check the solenoids. They may not engage properly.

Hi, Yes I dont have any estops engaged. Like I said, I can press the system switch and I can hear the locks engage, but it will not give me an option to lower the hood. I have tried turning the maintenance key, but nothing shows up on the monitor.

Thanks for replying Bukas...few days prior we found out it was the conveyor IF board. Changed it, all the contactors now engage. But now have these errors: Opened [SYSTEM] file is created by #1 machine. No command resonse from handler. (0x1000)
