Royalty rates and copyright protection

Can anyone tell me how to find information on the protectability of circuit board technology copy rights and what types of royalty rates can be expected. Is there some forum that specifically addresses these issues. Thanks for any info.

By tape manufacturer you can have up to two empty slots in the tape. That means you should have two retries after the first pick up.
