Did you check your board finishing? If you are using ENIG finishing on your board you may have a Black Pad issue which causes BGA falling apart from the board

What boat in what ocean did that machine fall off of? Has the maintenance department been drawn and quartered? What is the serial number of that peice of kit?

WSOL and solder pot

The way it works is the liquid solder immediatley cures (or should I say burns) the WSOL where ever it touches it. This hardens and keeps it in place and protects whatever is under it. Some of the WSOL falls of in the pot. I am suprised that the burn

It is okay to use a toaster to bake components?

If you use a conventional toaster made for bread, youll have to turn it on its side. Most parts stay on in the up right position but when it pops up they all fall off cause the sodder is still flexable. My customer wasn't to happy about that.

No it is not normal. The reason it is happening is because the Z motor is in an over current situation. You need to fix the wires and get the connections out of the way.
