we have aprox 41 HSC heads on our production floor. We have had very few issues with a head being down. What have you had going on with it? As for maintenance, there is very little on the head, spindles though need some pm quite often. Let me know

Hi, Use nitrile or latex gloves for handling your product from your pre-coating cleaning step onward. In my opinion, conformal coating should be isolated from the rest of the factory floor. I'm not saying you need a clean room or even a white room.

Ideally the MSL should be recorded on the label on the DRY PACK that you receive the devices in....that's the protocol the device manufacturers / distributors should use to help your goods in and shop floor personnel know which are/are not moisture
