Hi guys Have any of you guys came up with a feeder calibration process I am having alot of trouble with pickup errors and attrition due to feeders. I believe Fuju have a DT-5 but this costs a fortune I need help big time here

You are better off getting a field service engineer to fix for you. I had a similar problem, one of my technician try to fix, made it worse. Ended up costing me a fortune. In the end Universal had to come and fix. Good luck.

Juki feeders will not work on Quad or Tyco machines. Unfortunately, (or fortunately - depending on how you look at it) there are not many, if any, cross-platform feeders. Heck, some vendors can't even swap between models of machines that they sel
