Low cost BGA inspection?

I'm not sure where in the world you are, but we supply a low cost, quick turn around BGA XRay service (with good operators who can interperate results). We are near Portsmouth in the south of england.

for the application we hae to do, we can't print paste. we can however dispence paste. what are the advantages and disadvantages? is there any equipment you would recomend? thx for the help

Hi Dave, Yes it is HASL Solderability of the pads was my first hunch but the pad reflows fine when an iron is taken to it. Im will look into it. Thanks for your input

Question on Nitrogen Consumption during Reflow

I'm trying to hammer out the setup and operational costs to add Nitrogen to our SMT reflow process. Anyone have an idea on how much liquid N2 they consume monthly on an Electrovert or Conceptronics reflow oven? Thanks in advance for your help.
