I would like to know if anyone has a generic Temp. chart for SMT components. I need to know the Max. temp. parts can withstand while going through the reflow or wave operations. Thanks Bob Leible Raven Industries

IPC 782 has some info in it by package type. This is usually dictated by each component manufacturer. All SMT parts should be able to withstand 220 C for at least 60 sec. Russ

You probably have already done this... but you need to enter the maintenance program with the maintenance key, select "Set Prefs" scroll down to "Upline Machine" and enter "Fuji".

I have the same problem but an MPM downstream of the Fuji. Im looking for schematics for this Fuji. Before we had another machine hooked to this Fuji and the output switch needed to be set to latch. Otherwise only a pulse was seen and it was not long

I think I have schematics for a Fuji loader here. Let me know if you want me to scan & email or fax some pages.

Does anyone have instructions for calibration of a FUJI IP3? I have all the jigs & software etc. but no instructions. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

If you have never calibrated a Fuji IP machine before I would highly recommend getting Fuji, or an independent contractor to do this. Even with the instructions there are a few tricky parts.

Contact Gerald Koh. He will get you the calibration manual. If you have been on Fuji calibration courses you will be ok. If not, forget it. Wait until Shing returns from overseas.

Temporary you can solve by change in NC cordinate & diffenece in corrdinate should be equal to compoonent shift happening. ( Pl. make no change in fuducialc lines )
