Dave, We are using 2 parts of chemical today 1 for wash and the other 1 for rinse, but this is very expensive and time consuming as we have to make preparations for two chemicals. I believed that there are manufacturers of 1 part chemical use for

Here are three VOC free chemistry suppliers. Their chemistries will clean no-clean and RMA flux residues: www.zestron.com www.kyzen.com www.envirosense-inc.com

These chemistries (Zestron, Kyzen & Envirosense) mix with water and require a DI water rinse after. I do not know of any non-aqueous cleaning chemistries that are enviromentaly safe.

Pete, I think you mean these are all companies that supply chemistries that CONTAIN VOCs. Zestron, Kyzen and Envirosense all make cleaning chemistries containing VOCs.

They have some with VOC content and others without, or very very low content that it will pass NJ and CA emmissions, which are the toughest in the USA.
