I'm having problems feeding these to the pick and place. As the tape peels off the pocket the part sticks to the tape rather than remaining in the pocket. Machine is QUAD QSV. We've tried all generations of feeders we have available. Any advice is

Sounds like too much adhesive on the tape or static electricity. Try grounding the feeder if you think its not adhesive/tape related.

Is anyone using this and have you had any luck reworking this material? It is supposedly reworkable but we have had no success using the "advertised" rework method. Any ideas are most appreciated.

Hi Grant, What sort of volume of 0402 resistors are you using - I may know someone who would put them on the larger reels.

Depends on the model, year and rev software you have. You can also move the SMEMA sensor into the oven a bit more too.
