Does anyone have experience with electrically conductive adhesives? We're looking to try one (don't know whose), but I'm concerned with degradation of the adhesive over time or thermal cycling. Any success or horror stories would be appreciated.

Larry, Do a runstep nozzle then open the door and look and see if the nozzle is all the way on. Push up on it and see if it moves up

Does anyone know of a place that repairs Cognex proccessor cards. I have several of the 5200 boards from MPM's that need repaired. Anyone have one for sale?

Chris, I don't know for sure that they can, but you may want to try Unidec. http://www.unidec.com/ I have had other boards repaired by them with good results. Jerry

I have a schematic drawing on a board I've never seen before. It looks like a zener but has 2 arrows pointing toward the junction line. Anyone have any idea what type part this is. The part itself looks like a radial cap.

I looked at this site, and again no drawing that has the junction line. This line is the same as a zener line. The closest one is a GUNN diode. any suggestions?

If it looks like 2 zener symbols tyed together at their cathodes I belive this is a avalanche diode or transient voltage suppressor (TVS). If you have a p/n you could do a search on like digikeys wesite and possible get an idea.
