Just to get the simple stuff out of the way. Make sure that no one has changed the machine nozzle data to a different type. Then try actually changing the nozzle data and putting that type into the head. If this passes it will at least eliminate the

Sounds like your PCB count is set at 2. Many times 0 is setting for continuous use. Another cause could be that your SMEMA is not working properly with your downstream conveyor and the machine thinks it can't allow another board into the worknest.

We are using a Propyl Bromide vapor degreaser solvent. Has anyone heard of this solvent when used near an oven will decompose and cause major corrosion to metals such as in a Reflow oven or a wave solder pot?

Can anyone give me some insight into what to look for on a used X-Ray machine. Or just any thoughts on using X-Ray inspection. We are getting more and more QFNs and our inspection seems a little subjective. Thanks.

Smaller and multi-row QFNs will probably require an oblique view/5-axis xray with resolution of at least 1 micrometer and preferably a nanofocus machine. Given the low standoff and small pad size, verifying wetting can be challenging on interior pad

Need recommendations on brands and models of reflow ovens for lead free. Small benchtop for prototyping and short runs. Board size about 10" by 10". What works well? What to stay away from? Thanks for any input and advice.
