Yeah, I think it has to do with both changers being owned by the one head. If each changer was owned by separate heads then they would each need an open hole.

In ESD-head parlance, chairs are "Process Required Insulators." Checking PRMs once every 3 months is a reasonable starting point. Review that period after a year.

Usually, that type of error is comming from a damage HDD Corrupted sector or something similar You can reload the firmware but don't forget to backup everything, specially the calibration & mapping files

Yeah, this has been my experience too, but unfortunately GC10 is unusable with thick stencils. It jams up the apertures like nothing I've ever seen. The cost of its miraculous properties is that it is as sticky as GLUE.

you have an old version of easy olp and you have old machine software. Contact your local Samsung guys to get the latest software and get upgraded.
