We replaced at least 4 Hydra heads, 3 midas heads, vacuum pumps, line scan cameras under warranty back in the day. I have worked with Juki 2060 and 3010 series. Whomever is telling you they are bad machines doesn't know.

Wow, in how many years? Is it possible you got a lemon or an early model? How do Jukis compare to Yamaha/Assembleon? The older models seem to be rated slower.

We have a HELLER 1700 running at 208v on an 80A breaker. I doubt that helps much.

What is the nameplate rating on that machine? Do you have any special zone heating to keep it lower amps?

I'm becoming fairly certain this must be software limited. Maybe my math is wrong, but 8 zones * 6000W is 48000W, which would be more like 130A if all were active.

Glass Micro BGA- I consistently have chips or micro cracks from the manufacture and some happen during install, what functionality risk do these pose to the product? They pass test... I cannot find an established criteria for this type of component
