Samsung Fiducial size question

Software makes a huge difference. Try a different barcode reader app and see if you can find a better one. With data matrix the bar code can be mostly a bunch of blobs as long as the outside is reasonable good. Then the reader only needs a few pixels

The hardest part was convincing management of the need for a stencil cleaner in the first place. Cleaning by hand using IPA and a lint free cloth just leads to clogged apertures and print defects. BTW, lint free cloths leave behind a lot of lint.
